Return Policy

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

Customers can inform us within 2 days of delivery. Customers need to share photos of the damaged items. Once the verification done, it will be replaced or refund.

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered

If the wrong product is received, customers should contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement product or refund will be made 100%.

  1. General Returns

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Incase for damaged or wrong items delivered, please contact us within 7 days from delivery.

For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy – For Approved Refunds, the amount will be credited into the source account within 7-10 business days.

A restocking fee of 10-20% may apply (optional). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
